Founder and partner of BGN Tenk, Botond and Partners Law Firm. Dr. Tenk has a Master’s in the Law of the European Union and formerly he worked at the Budapest office of DLA Piper Horváth and Partners Law Firm as an attorney and at the Munich and Barcelona offices of Pluta Rechtsanwalts GmbH as a legal consultant.
As a lawyer he participated in numerous local and cross-border transactions and supported his domestic and foreign clients in financing, liquidation and reorganization projects as well in pharmaceutical and technology licensing matters.
In the scheme of his academic activities he was engaged in the comparison of the Hungarian and Spanish insolvency law. He is a member of INSOL Europe – the European organization of professionals who specialize in insolvency, bankruptcy and business reconstruction & recovery.
