He is a founding member and the managing partner of BGN Tenk, Botond and Partners Law Firm with more than 15 years experience in corporate acquisitions, construction projects, public utility developments and intellectual property. He provided legal advises in several acquisition transactions including privatization through the Employee Financial Participation Program or the sale of a services sector concerning an entire geographical area.
Dr. Botond is specialized in legal services related to the creation of internal patent systems at the corporate level, representation of clients in patent infringement proceedings as well as general IP related matters.
He is also an expert of public utilities, including also the property management, maintenance and operation of public utilities as well as legal services related to various property problems.
